Your IDEXX online account is now your MyIDEXX account. You can sign in once and access IDEXX Online Orders, IDEXX Learning Center, and your MyIDEXX profile. You can order products, register for courses, and manage your profile preferences - all without signing in again.

Your profile will save you time and improve the security and convenience of your online experience. Because everyone you work with will have their own personal profile, your preferences will stay with you wherever you go.

Your business relationship helps us provide you with secure access to relevant IDEXX services.

You can find your account number on any statement or invoice from IDEXX. 

Assigning a business administrator is another way to increase security for your business. Administrators can also add or remove staff from your business's account and manage their staff's access to IDEXX services such as IDEXX Online Orders. Administrators also have the ability to view practice information on the Manage Business page. 

Click on “Become an admin” on your MyIDEXX profile page. Fill in one of your last 3 payments to IDEXX for verification. You will find your payments to IDEXX on your clinic’s bank account statement.
